A revolving stage is a floor mechanism. It is a round section cut out of the stage floor, which revolves. Revolving stages are used for scenery shifts or impressive stage effects. These stages are generally categorized into cylindrical and flat-platform revolving stages. Special assembly also makes available twin platforms, a main and sub platform combination, or a revolving stage that can be raised and lowered. |
